Was purchased New on 8/01/2010Came with Factory 1 year warranty that was never registered and the 2 and 3 year are available from HP directly on the laptopfor a reduced price. So you can register the machine until 8/1/2011 and still take advantage of the full warranty according to HP.(My understanding from talking to HP is that since the original warranty was never registered, the buyer can register the machine as New and get One Full year of manufacture coverage) and the extended options are still available at the discount based on the date of purchase so you'd have to decide on that fairly quick.And Still has the original box and proof of purchase and machine still qualifies for extended service options from HPAlso including an Ogio Tech City Bag which was $149 by itselfand a Targus Mobile Power adapter for the car which was $49AS CONFIGURED IT HASAMD 64 Turion II 2.3 Ghz Dual Core Mobile ProcessorATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Graphics500 GB Hd6 Gb RamWindows Home Premuim 64 bit OS so it can actually use all the ramBlueray DVD MultiWriter RW with Light ScribeHDMI PortE-Sata External ConnectorDVI/Digital interface3 2.0 USB1 E-Sata Connector17.3 Inch HD LED MonitorAltec Lansing SpeakersThe optional Remote from HP which did not come with the pc originally that was $99. Apparently that does come with the computer for $1299.The machine has a 3 year McAffee virus program that was also never been activated so you're covered with a commercial virus scanner too. I prefered Avast to McAffee.The computer was purchased as a mobile graphics station and desktop replacement which it does quite nicely, however, I discovered I prefer to work at a desk on a desktop with a mouse and tablet. The OS is tablet ready as well.There were certain Adobe Applications that would only run on a 64 bit environment. That said, I have left the following installed which should make this a VERY good deal for someone.ADOBE Creative Suite CS5 Master Edition. This upgrade ran me $1899 and would run a buyer $2599 if they have never owned an Adobe SuiteCorel Draw X5 Which is running about $629Office 2010 Professional which was $399 with purchase of the computer.I will not meet you anywhere OTHER than a public place.and would prefer to meet at my home so you can test the machine and be happy and satisfied that it all works. I'm not posting any custom photos, because The item is like new and I don't think they would make you decide to see or not see the computer.
