IF you call me, let me know what day at 7pm you desire to visit. **** WARNING FOR FAKES/PEOPLE WHO FAIL TO SHOW UP/CANCEL: ****.I 'd state about 80 % of the time, individuals from Craigslist never reveal up. A couple of others take days to prepare and then send an email 5 minutes before/after they are expected to show up stating they suddenly can't make it/etc. This is merely too much work taking care of the fakes. This is what I'm doing now to weed out individuals that are not serious on Craigslist:. If you schedule with me to take an appearance at the item I'm selling, and you fail to appear or cancel less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled time, I'm simply going to consider your prior emails fake/spam and I will certainly add your e-mail address to a spam subscriber list-- which will likely result in you getting tons of spam from numerous companies/etc. KINDLY BE ADVISED ACCORDINGLY. Sorry to be this means ... but hopefully this will lower the number of phonies who call me on Craigslist that never show up/cancel last minute. Clearly if you appear and/or are serious, you have absolutely nothing to fret about. Will this harm my opportunities of offering my item? Potentially. So exactly what ... if it eliminates the quantity of no-shows, its well worth it.:).
