This granny clock was adoringly made for me as a wedding event present by my father-in-law. He was a woodworker. This was a kit. The wood is walnut. It does not have a lacquer surface on it however has an oil finish so the wood shows all its magnificence. It is 30 years of ages as it was made in 1985. The face is brass and a little nameplate was made with his name on it. This can be removed. The chimes are charming. It chimes every 15 minutes and chimes out the hours in a stunning, soft sound. This size fits in any house, consisting of an apartment. It MUST be shown on an inside wall as the outdoors walls will damage it in time. It requires minor oiling and cleaning every couple of years. It keeps ideal time and can be adjusted. Dimensions: 75T x 16W x 10D.
