ILGWU (International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union). You must Google them because it's virtually a history lesson if you don't know who they are. Size 12 but became fit about a size 6. I am 5' 5" and it hits me right between my knees and my ankles. Stunning gold, purple and green threading on black velvet for bodice. The rest of the dress is a gorgeous purple taffeta. Huge bow in the back, however the bow does have to be tacked to the back of the gown. It likewise has a 10" slit up the back. Happy email if interested. Thanks.
