I have a 1929 Spinet Piano made by Monarch Piano Co. (Product of Baldwin). I'm only the second owner of this piano and it was professionally moved to my home, after the owner's passing. It has a walnut finish and does include the original bench seat. It does need some refinish work done on the top of the piano (missing finish, no wood damage), but was told by the appraiser that this should only be done by a professional. The appraisal was done in March of 2010, and was appraised at $1225, and he said that if it were sold by a dealer it would go for 20-30 percent more. Have appraisal for viewing.
