It is in excellent condition. 3 Horse Aluminum, partial white finish, extra high, 8' wide, roof rack with ladder, tires less than 1000 miles, bearings packed yearly, no leaks, rubber lined, removable mats, mangers in stall area with storage underneath, large drop down windows, 60/40 doors, ramp, fully equipped collapsible rear tack, tack post removes so entire back is opened up, no stud wall but plywood on first stall as we use it for extra storage as well as a mudroom as there is an entry door from outside, furnace and air, large awning, inside and outside stereo, outside electric plugs, electric jack for easy hook up, large fridge and freezer that is 2 way (gas and electric), 2 burner stove, micro, sofa that makes into a bed, large and small removable table, lots of cabinets, 2 long closets, 2 short closets, added storage around huge overhead bed, TV antenna hookup, big bathroom with large corner shower, seperate toilet and sink with medicine cabinet as well as cupboards under the sink, door from bathroom to go into horse area, hot water heater, 2 propane tanks.
