I have a nice beige loveseat I am no longer using because I just moved into an apartment and decided to opt for a smaller piece of furniture. However, it is in pretty good condition, no real stains of any kind and extremely comfortable. Anyone that has ever come across these types of couches knows how insanely comfy these things are and how easy to clean so this really is a steal at this price. I would keep it if I could because it was a savvy investment. Great for houses that are "accident" prone haha This couch has survived it all and is still beautiful and sturdy. I am selling it cheap because I need it gone fast for the sake of room.
