Written by Lou Prelip, this great cook book has several sections covering appetizers, beverages, breads, breakfasts, dressings/salads, Meats/Poultry, Pastas, Sandwiches, Sauces, Seafood, Soups and Chowders, Vegetables. He spent years developing his own style and recipes after he retired from 24 years of service in the United States Air Force. He was one of 13 children growing up in the great depression in a small town in Iowa. Lou served our country with great pride and retired to Myrtle Beach to fulfill his dream of owning a restaurant. He was a Korean and Vietnam war veteran.This is the perfect starter cook book for young people and many of the locals and visitors to our area that had eaten at the original Luvan's Old South Fish Camp in Garden City will fondly remember what great meals they had there.I have a limited supply of these cook books to sell and I can attest to the greatness of all the recipes within.
