For Sale By Owner: Circa 1880-1890's GORGEOUS hardwood full-size bed in outstanding condition. Headboard & footboard might be fitted to a Queen-size metal bed mattress frame. Likewise hook-on queen converter kits are available at bed shops. WOULD MAKE A BEAUTIFUL BED FOR YOURSELF, YOUR GUEST ROOM OR FOR A BED & BREAKFAST! REALLY SOLID HARDWOOD, no marks or scratches. Magnificently refinished to the original finish, not sure if it's cherry or walnut wood. Consists of 2 sets of solid wood matching side rails and 3 bed slats. One set of side rails is the bed's initial, the 2nd set we had actually customizeded for a roomier length (see photos.) A full-size mattress fits the bed frame making use of either set of side rails. Last photo shows terrific condition of original unfinished back of headboard. To go queen-size use one of the approaches pointed out above.
