Practically new 27x1-1 / 4 tires, fresh initial hand grips ... absolutely nothing bent or broken. Street legal with all rqd. reflectors. Originally bought from Bike-ology of Santa Monica, Ca. The rack is not attached and is not included. There is a small quantity of rust here and there from being at the beach for a couple of years. Everything is in working order.
