This 1949 Canoe is my father's pride and happiness. Every year his pastime was to take wonderful care of it. He paddled it in his youth across many Minnesota lakes with his pal Wally. In his retirement Wally whittled a mini replica of this canoe on top of a Metropolitan Nash, as a reminder of their youthful adventures. Consists of the 4 original wooden paddles (2 long, 2 short), and a homemade wooden vehicle rack with rubber suction cup feet also. I have the fiberglass touch up material and paint he utilized. Consists of the stands to save it on. I have DMV registration records for it also, as he used to have a trolling 5hp removable engine that could connect to it.
