Antique Writing Desk-Five drawer, dark wood stain, very ornate in the front and back of desk. Label on the within leading drawer is from Union Furniture Co. Rockford, IL. Union Furniture Co. made furnishings from 1880-1920, so this desk is likely over 100 years old. A lot of the furnishings from this business was constructed of mahogany wood. We believe this desk to be constructed of mahogany. Dimensions are 54" L x 28" W x 30" H. The leading drawer measurements are 21" L x 20.5" W and all four side drawers dimensions are 23.25 L x 8.75 W.
