Classic Mid-Century Scotch Tape Peg Board Basket Display from Hardware Store. + + + Please include the words "Grandma's Basket" in your e-mail so that I understand you're not spam. + + + This antique wall mountable point of purchase display was utilized to hold tape dispensers at a hardware or basic store lots of years ago when the term" Cellophane Tape" was still used. After 1961 "Transparent Tape" became the regard to selection by The 3M Company. It is made of steel wire with a yellow enamel surface and red graphics saying ... "Scotch Cellophane Tape" "Clearest! Greatest! Lasts the Longest !!". It determines about 16inches broad, 5 inches deep and the front has to do with 31/2 inches high while the back is 61/2 inches high (71/2 inches high including peg hook). It can mount to a conventional peg board as well as has 2 wall mount slots on the top. Well constructed with wear and tear usually seen on items that were really used. Concerns Welcome.
