This is a "one of a kind" as I've collected for 40 years, and this particular design, I've NEVER seen. I've never ever reconditioned the chair in any method. The wood is Oak ... I've possessed it for approx. 30 years, in a smoke free atmosphere. It does not pivot around, however upper-back goes back at an angle which is so comfy !!!!! ...
