This is a superb antique 8 drawer declaring cabinet with 6 drawers for 81/2 x 11 files and 2 additional drawers at the top for filing cards. The cabinet is in exceptional condition, refinished and all set to decorate a workplace. The cabinet measures 30" deep by 34" broad by 44" high. The top has a slight slope so that it can be made use of as a standing desk. All hardware is original and brass (one little piece is missing). The cabinet was made by the? owen Merrill company of Indianapolis in the very early 1900's.
