Combi sent out kits to take care of the issue. This seat has brand-new straps !! This seat is very uniqueReally It will turn from rear dealing with to forward facing in the matter of seconds. It makes getting your kid in and out of the car super easy, specifically if the sleep. This seat is for infants from 5lbs- 40lbs. It has a baby insert.
