Classic dishes by Johnson Brothers (England)."Bird of Paradise" pattern # 165522. Circa 1945-1965. REALLY attractive multi-color pieces.Cream-color background with lovely various colored basket, fruit, birds & flowers. This is not a complete set however there are certainly adequate pieces to make a 'set' for special or day-to-day use.Some pieces have slight 'concerns' (cracks or chips - see list below) but are still useable.It's collectible and extremely preferable so these will also attract somebody who is attempting to fill out a set or begin of antique dishes. Or, mix/match with what you have. Pieces are OK unless otherwise noted (see list below):.10 - 10" supper plates (3 chipped).2 - 8" salad plates.9 - 7" plates.6 - 61/2" bread plates (2 broken).3 - 8" rim soup bowls.4 - cups (1 cracked).4 - saucers (2 broken).4 - 5" fruit/dessert sauce dishes (2 have slight fine line 'cracks').
