Works completely but requires a little cosmetic TLC. A little messy but as you can see in the pictures, the previous owner appears to have actually made use of a bulb that was too hot for the plastic cylinder surrounding it and so it is cracked and blemished. When I utilized it, I merely cut a sheet of white paper to size and fit it around the cylinder and it looked brand brand-new. I removed the paper so you might see beneath.
