Library Chair hinges at the front legs and folds over to form the steps. Very Rare and Unique, would make a statement in any home! Table height is adjustable. Same/Similar Chair has offered at auction for $1700 without the Table. Asking $1250 OBO. We received this and simply do not have any space for it in our brand-new house.
