Window A/C device works great and looks great. It does have a little crack in the corner (see image) but it does not make any distinction to its efficiency or security and it's not noticeable up until you actually look. I cleaned the filter and washed the outside so it's all clean and all set for a brand-new home. I am in Redwood Valley but commonly come to Ukiah (usually the cage) and Calpella (the school) if you wish to meet somewhere else (somewhere that has a place to plug it in). Dimensions: 19" broad, broadens to about 27" (would go wider but the plastic accordion-folded material that contracts and broadens to make it fit different widths isn't really as versatile as it probably utilized to be-- it was in a west dealing with window and that part of it probably got a reasonable little sun; I'm sure you could change that however it will work simply great as is with a window opening 19-27"); 13" high and 17" deep.
