I am selling several pieces of furnishings, consisting of:. 1. A dual-reclining dark brown leather couch set with some fading on the middle cushion of the larger of the 2. These were bought for $2500 about four-years-old: $300. 2. 4 dining table chairs that behave looking, however would need cleaning or reupholstering due to some discolorations and some wear from cat scratches: $20 ea or all for $70. 4. Hand-carved wood table that determines approximately 5 ft by 5 ft, with removable, thick, glass tabletop. We are second owners, and original owner specified this table was imported from France for numerous $k. $300.00. 5. Also have Graco Snap N Go stroller device: $30.00. 6. Bookshelf with 4 shelves, basic type that you 'd purchase any store. Sadly has some stickers, but can most likely be eliminated with goo-gone. Otherwise, excellent condition: $20. 7. Two strong oak bookshelves; were part of a 3-piece system, however middle unit fell out of truck throughout delivery. Each has 4 racks and measures around 2-ft wide, 5-ft tall and 1 ft deep (more precise measurements upon demand). $30 ea. /$50 both. 8. Tempur-pedic Mattress (cal-king). Some stains from baby bottle (however not deep permeating) and little tears in ticking (material that includes mattress product, which is not the real cover). Bed mattress cover has to be cleaned, but is in great condition. Used for about 3 yrs (acquired for 3000): $300.
