Proceed Madrigal Dac - No sound Output

I cant get any sound from the L-R outputs. I have tried different cables. I can hear the relays click as i cycle thru the inputs. The board internally is good, no leaky caps or burned resistors. I am going to pass this onto someone with more knowledge than myself. I don't have a XLR out cable to test. This is a parts repair unit. This dac is as heavy as many amps. Free ship lower 48 states.
