A 15-inch head size by 12-inch deep Ludwig & Ludwig marching snare drum shell from the 1920s. With rare original paper tag inside, "Drum Makers To the Profession." 3-ply construction with extra rerings, looks to have been factory drilled for tube lugs, 23-hole butt plate and a post-style strainer.Condition is project grade as shown. Six extra holes around the shell where floor tom leg brackets were installed. Shell has been painted white decades ago and has residue from contact paper over the paint. Otherwise good, in round, little ply separation to speak of, both bearing edges are original and in good shape.------------ Visit my eBay store for hundreds more drum parts!
