C.G. Conn Model 88H Professional Trombone GREAT PLAYER! ELKHART PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Here's a very good Conn 88H professional trombone. The 88H is one of the best-designed trombones ever built. The instruments made at the legendary Elkhart factory are highly sought after for their consistently excellent playing and tonal qualities. They give a great big sound but still allow easy tone production. This one was manufactured in Elkhart, and it plays every bit as well as my personal Elkhart-made 88H. Original lacquer is good - I'd say 85% present with surface marks and dings. It isn't the most beautiful instrument, but boy I love the way these play!
