This is a 1991 TREK 520 in Dark Purple. This bike was designed and constructed for trip riding. It's a size 52cm C to C. I simply put brand-new tires, tubes and bar wrap on. it has a nice set of MKS platform pedals and bigger tour tires to help with rough roads. The groupo is Shimano Deore. It is one of the USA constructed bikes with all the nice carrying on the frame. This one has actually spent a lot of thime in the garage. I simply recently got it out and serviced it up. It prepares to go and doesn't require anything. There is some nice details on these at vintagetrek.com I actually like it however it is the wrong size for me. I ride 58-59cm bikes, some 57's. I'm always open to trades, if you have something you of equal value and bigger in size. Any bikes integrateded the United States, Europe and Japan rate. No later on models from Tiawan or China please. Can be Track, Road or Fixed Gear. I can provide in the Houston area.
