The slide is very fast don't forget to use your slide lock kids! Even though this is built has a student instrument there are upgraded features such as Amado Water Key, Nickel-Silver Outer Slide. In my opinion playability and tone focus is a notch better than the typical student level instrument. Might be a nice economical solution for a jazz player wanting this size of bone to work with.
