This is a rare and highly sought-after Yamaha SG-1500 vintage electric guitar, made in Japan in the 1970s. It features a solid body type with a cherry sunburst color, a mahogany neck material, and a mahogany body material. The guitar is in excellent working condition and comes with its original hard case. The SG-1500 is part of Yamaha's SG Series and is a professional-level 6-string electric guitar with a right-handed orientation. It has been carefully crafted with attention to every detail, resulting in a highly durable and exceptional-sounding instrument. This Yamaha SG-1500 is perfect for any musician looking for a vintage electric guitar with a top-notch performance.It is a well played vintage guitar so cosmetically has dings and scratches so look closely at photos and bid accordingly. The only thing I want to point out is the volume/tone knob is missing the label indicator from its cap. Original string tag included. This guitar is very heavy which is great for the sound but remember it will fatigue you over time if your gigging with it. I’m not 100% sure on the year of the manufacture. I find conflicting dating methods online. It’s either late 70s or very early 80s. If you know a good way to verify let me know and be aware before bidding it could also be early 80s. Great guitar. Hate to see it go but I need the money. No Reserve!
