This is a bike bike for a big boy. You must be over about 6’2 to ride it, I’m 6’4. Trek makes each bike with frame specific geometry. Many other super bikes are just the 57cm version scaled up or down. But Trek treats each frame size as a new product. If you’re a tall guy who wants to go fast a hell, this is your bike!This particular one has been ridden a lot. Never crashed, regularly serviced and this is its second Ultegra drive train. It’s in perfect working order and will last you for thousands more miles. I’m a serious cyclist and I took really good care of it. You can see a few nicks in the paint and on one of the protection stickers. These are cosmetic. There is a little dent in the rear wheel. It hasn’t caused me any problems, it’s rideable and not noticeable but I’d probably replace that wheel eventually if I were keeping the bike. My review of the Emonda: I bought it to go up hills. The power transfer is insane and it’s fast like a sports car. If you’re upgrading from aluminum you’ll feel the difference immediately. The Emonda is not wind tunnel tested and you can tell when you get above about 40mph. You definitely need to get used to how she handles on long descents but dial in the right body position and you’ll fly. The only negative for me was that this bike is incredibly stiff! The 500 OCLV carbon fiber makes it fast and powerful and an amazing climber. I say it’s the best bike for the first 60 miles. After that, you’ll feel like you might sacrifice a little speed for a bit more comfort. That said, I’ve ridden this thing on many 100+ mile rides, lived to tell the tale, and found myself cooling down at the finish while my friends are struggling way behind me with their slightly more comfortable long haul rigs. The bike will be packed and shipped by my local bike shop. Everything pictured including Saddle bag and cycle computer included. The computer needs a battery but is otherwise functional. I’ll leave the light mount for a Bontrager light on the stem as well. I made this auction Long because buying a bike should be a big decision. Make me a reasonable offer and we’ll end it. Make me a low ball offer and I’ll come back with a ridiculously high counter. This is a great deal for the right rider.
