Up for sale is a Marantz AV8801 home theater preamplifier / AV Processor. This unit was top of the food chain back in 2014, but because of its age, it’s not HDCP 2.2 compliant, meaning it does not support copy protected 4K video content. Excellent sound quality and build quality as you would expect from a flagship level unit from Marantz. Copper plated chassis and toroidal power supply to keep noise to a minimum and both balanced and unbalanced outputs to allow connection to a wide variety of amplifiers. All original accessories and packing materials are included except the manual (available for free download from Marantz). If I find it before I ship this out to the buyer, I will include it. I know I have seen it in the last few months. 2 tiny blemishes on the faceplate fold down door as shown in the last photo. I will ship this through UPS to anywhere in the lower 48 states or through the eBay international shipping program. Thanks for looking & happy bidding.
