Opus French Horn Brass with Case and other accessories As a reminder, we are a resale shop. This French Horn and accessories were donated. What we know about this horn we have shared with you. We hope this information will assist you in determining the value and type of horn we have listed:There are two photos of the serial number that appear to be 34 followed by a more elevated 3 a few spaces away from the 34. It was not played by us. The instrument looks ready to be played.The diameter of the bell is 12 1/2"The distance from the end of the lead pipe to the end of the horn we believe is called the bell thread is 19" (the bell is not attached when this measurement is taken)The distance from one end of the horn to the other across the area with the rotary valves is 12 1/4".The case is in good condition.This auction is for the horn. Any other items are added bonus for the buyer. In our search for the serial number we removed the leather around the horn. The leather piece and tie is included - the buyer will need to put it back onto the horn. If there is an expert in the eBay community who wants to send us assistance on the listing, we are happy to hear from you. Proceeds from all auctions benefit Home of the Sparrow, a 501(c)3 charity that provides hope, opportunity and support that empowers women and children as they journey from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
