We have furniture left over from our Estate Sale. Please look. The hutch: Only a few years old. It is in really good shape. Chair and couch have been abused by my cat but are still really comfortable. Plenty of extra material to patch the chair. You can get leather patches from JoAnn's to repair the couch. Two outdoor patio tables. Each with 4 chairs Three oak side chairs.
