This stroller can be used as a double or triple stroller. The top seat is removable. Top seat is for smaller child. The stroller has been washed. The stroller is from a smoke free home. There's light cosmetic wear like a small repair that was done on one of the seats please see picture for image. The repair was done professionally to cover a small hole on the fabric. Also one shoulder pad was missing so I replaced it with a similar one from a different stroller but those are replaceable with generic ones. All the mechanism works great. Due to size I can only ship within the continental United States.
