This listing is for a beautiful, classy living room set, originally purchased brand new from Rooms To Go. The fabric for the couch/chair are microfiber, and the color is dark brown. Everything is broken in nicely, is very comfortable, and honestly looks better/classier than the pictures might indicate. Price is firm at $800 - cash only.Set Includes- Sofa with two pillows, and Queen size pullout with mattress- Chair with pillow- Ottoman with two food traysThis living room set has always been in a non-smoking household and is in excellent condition. There may be one or two tiny chips in the legs of the ottoman, but other than that everything is in wonderful shape.Additional PiecesYou can purchase the TV stand pictured (TV/PS3 not included) for an additional $50. It was originally purchased from Target, and is perfect for a 42" TV. It is very sturdy, in excellent condition, and goes very well with the rest of the living room set. When you contact me, please let me know if you're also interested in the TV stand.Furniture is located on 3rd floor of an apartment complex. Buyer will have to move furniture out on his/her own, and transport furniture on his/her own. Some of the items are heavy. Once again, I'm only accepting cash!
