The cushioned bed glides back and forth on the rails and uses your own body weight for weight resistence. Adjust up to 10 levels high as you increase in strength. Uses a pulley system which lets you glide your way to fitness. Nice.
NOTE: Due to a medical condition I had to join a cardio-rehab program so I must sell this machine.
A). Folds in-half and stores in a closet or corner when not in use. Move it from room to room easily because of the built-in front roller wheels. Just fold in-half and roll it wherever you please. Simple.
