Excellent condition three person black leather sofa. It was not used much as I only had it about 1 year and was not home very often. I am selling it because I am moving (1 bedroom apartment also available for rent $850) and unfortunately will not have room for it. I really love this couch, it is extremely comfortable and has a lot of room for 3 people or to lay down and watch TV. I have pillows on it for decoration, but you don't need pillows because the arm rests are so soft! Buyer is responsible for carrying it out. If you want to wait until I move we could arrange delivery at a different price based on your location.
