Medium Brown Leather Couch. Classic Design. 88 inches long. Well made and in Good condition. The couch has normal " wear and tear" is sturdy and structurally sound. There are 3 tears to the leather approx 1" to 1 1/2 " towards the bottom of the middle back rest. (as seen in photo) Probable repair with leather kit. Located in Farmers Branch.
