Powdercoat oven: Inside dimensions 28'x28'72" galvinized steel shell, mineral wool insulation. Requires 220V. Has a thermostat, Get's up to about 600 degrees. Great for motorcycle frames. Collapsible for storage. 1 Person can assemble and move it, but it's a lot easier with 2. Comes with 2 roller carts for holding parts and moving them inside safely after powder is applied. A person could probably have this oven built for about $2000.00. Powerdercoat gun: Very nice spectracoat gun. Comes with warranty, Awesome gun. I started out with a cheap chinese one, and this new one is the only way to go. Great coverage, faraday wave controler, Easy to apply powder into the corners with this gun. Cost 800 New. Powders & accessories: I'm throwing in my temperature gun which is great for testing how much longer your part needs to be "cooked" for. About $400 worth of powder, and degassing agents. Steel wire. Plugs & caps & hi-temp tape for covering. Parts cleaning: Rubbermaid tote and sprayers for chemically treating your steel and aluminum parts. 2 gallons of chemicals that promote adhesion and corrosion resistance. I've used both, they work pretty well. I got into this stuff and it's really awesome especially for Alaska. This would be the ultimate christmas present for a man who has everything. Someone looking to make some money on the side. Someone looking for a new hobby. I've got way more into it, but I really would like to sell it to someone who appreciates all the value here. Do you're research, the only potential downside to this offer is that the oven may not be exactly the size you need. It's a very, very big oven compared to other folks who are making a home oven work. One big bonus is that I'll come over and set it up at your house with you and we can powdercoat a part so you can learn the process (offer only available in ketchikan.) Call me or text 907-617-9539.
