Like new microsuede couch set. Only a few years old in great condition! Still has Guardsman Gold Warranty for another year and a half that covers the following:1. Any household stain.2. Any puncture, cut, tear, and rip3. Any burn4. Frames, springs and the following mechanisms, if they were covered by an original manufacturer warranty that has since expired.5. Seam separation6. Cracking and peelingThis is a GREAT deal given the warranty. Any accidental damage for the next year and a half will still be covered and the couch will be repaired to be new again.
