Good Luck Here is a little extra information that you might ask me about: It is a complete machine except for the easy to build platform.It doesn't require a computer to run this unit. It comes with it's own computer. This simulator uses REAL High Definition picture photographs. You can putt for real into a real cup or putt on screen. It is by far the most realistic golf simulator on the market.Original new price was $37,000.00. It has all the options for this model. It has a full cage. The sub floor that you can build should be 20' x 14'. The unit when installed is 10' tall. I can modify the simulator to fit in a smaller footprint. If you can swing a club in the room I can make it shorter to fit in a shorter ceiling height.Best of all it is a blast. Par T Golf simulators are the best golf simulators made. The service from the factory has been wonderful. I have arranged for a one year warranty on the electronics for this simulator. My simulators are at the factory for refurbishing and packaging.
