This couch is not even 2 years old and in great condition. We purchased it on http://www.homereserve.com/ for $1100 and we've loved it since we bought it, however after a recent move we have decided to go with a new set that fits our new living room better. There are a ton of awesome features of this couch that we love so I'll probably be forgetting a couple, but here are some of the great details about the piece: - Every section of the couch also doubles as a storage unit (under the seat) so it's great for homes with limited storage- All the fabric is removable by a zipper closure on each section of the couch and it is all machine washable- If you don't like the color of the fabric or get tired of it, you can replace it on the site we bought it on with over 100 diff types of fabric covers- If you ruin a piece of the couch for any reason, each part can be replaced separately by online order from the site we ordered it on (home reserve) - The sides of the couch are each long enough to have a guest sleep on. This was great for us when we had guests in town and not much room for a blow up mattress- All sections are detachable for easy rearranging or moving locations- Dimensions: 83" by 105"- Made in the USA!It also comes with an ottoman and pillow in a coordinated pattern if you'd like to take them too.
