Vintage Harmony H27 bass guitar
1 / 9
I am only selling because I need a van.
A classic Harmony H 27 semi hollow-body bass guitar, ( sn# 5526 only made from '66-71), in great shape for it's age, good / straight neck, all original hardware, only missing one small metal cover, over strings. one small crack in body that doesn't effect the play or sound, could be filled and finished but not necessary. Just got back from " the Portland Fretworks", and that is what he had to say, he thought it was very nice and that I should have no problems selling it. As you can see, this guitar is just about as close to unused condition as you can get, and they're not making them anymore. You can own a functional piece of history, and it will increase in value. These don't come up for sale that often, The sales I have found 2007-2013 went for $610.00-$1300.00.002007 $610.00 http://www.bass-guitar-museum.com/bass-7586-VINTAGE-HARMONY-H27-DOUBLE-CUTAWAY-BASS-GUITAR2011 $750.00 http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f126/fs-1966-harmony-h27-hollowbody-bass-736467/2012 $850.00 http://www.ebay.com/itm/1966-Harmony-H27-Bass-/181010618868?pt=Guitar&hash=item2a2512d9f4 2012 $1300.00 http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-HARMONY-H-27-H27-BASS-GUITAR-DEARMOND-PUP-grlc905-/120997744185?pt=Guitar&hash=item1c2c070e39This one is better than most of them, and the price is low, only to speed up the sale. I am not desperate to sell, and could get more with the right buyer or at auction, but I believe in everyone getting a decent deal.I will throw in a free sturdy guitar stand in near new condition with purchase of bass, "No case or bag included!" I never had one. The Price is "Or Best Offer" so make an honest one. Unless it's insulting, the worst I can say is no. For an additional $50.00, I also have a 90's Peavey "Rage", 158, 40 w. practice amp, (this is not a bass amp, missing front "Peavey" emblem), that works perfectly. Plus I'll throw in 2 cords; a 15 ft. main w/gold plugs, and a short cord, for "your" effects pedal. Local pick-up only, unless worked out ahead of time. wt. of bass 7.11 lbs.I will also trade for a running, driving, van, (or partial trade depending on van) up to 351v8 prefer step van, or box van, cube van 10-15 foot box, or a shorty school-bus, please no mini vans. Please call between 1100 am and 9pm (five zero three)280-(no solicitors) 895seven ask for John, or mention bass in your phone message or e-mail, Questions are not a waste of my time, but trying to rip me off is. Thank you I have been contacted by scammers already, so let's get one thing straight:I was born in the afternoon, but not "this afternoon!"The Last thing I am going to do is send you my vintage instrument and excess money, after drawing said money from my bank account on an unverified, fraudulent or counterfeit check! So, if you truly want this Bass guitar, buy it. If you think my price is high; make me an honest offer, and the best offer wins the Bass. It's all pretty simple really. For everyone's comfort and security, I prefer local pick up, at a public location, such as a guitar or music shop: for cash. If you or an agent want to inspect the instrument; it can be arranged at a local music store, or repair facility. If you are Legitimate buyer, I hope you can appreciate my concern, If not,..Know that I am not your mark and go away.also on C.L. http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/msg/3523357737.html
