Finally turning in my 40k armies and the first I'm trying to sell is my Tau army. I've always loved the idea behind the Tau and the units are great. Unfortunately, I just don't have the time to play anymore, nor even finish units I bought and hadn't even taken out of the box. The army is in the middle of constructions, so as I said, some are still in the box, some are assembled and not painted, some are based and some are fully painted. I've stripped enough paint to know its not difficult, so don't let that discourage you - I'm more than happy to share.Last I played with this army I was easily fielding 2000 points and one game did 2500 without a problem. If everything was finished, I could see 3000+ without much of an issue (especially once you start equipping them). For the battlesuits, none of the weapons are glued on - I found once based/painted you could press them on, but I was going to use magnets to make it interchangeable like I had with my Tyrannid Tyrants.
