This is a simply beautiful dress. It is dressy enough for any wedding, but also light and comfortable enough to be outdoors.
Sweetheart strapless with cups inside for lift and comfort.
The back comes together in a V-shape and about 2/3 of the back is exposed. Elegant and classy, not too much.
There are dressmaker style buttons down the back.
The sash nicely accents the waist.
The bodice is covered in a floral application that is layered flower shaped cuts with a swarovski crystal in the center of each one. The fabric flower edges are detailed with silver thread. It is gorgeous in person.
The sweep train extends about 12-18" in the floor (i got married on the beach and didn't want too much). The same floral application wraps around the sweep train.
There is a simple 1-hook bustle that worked very well.
This dress is diamond white. The only silver is on the edges of the flowers. Please understand that the manufacturer picture that is used here has a silver accent that this dress does not have.
I had one of the crinalin layers removed from the dress, much lighter and more comfortable.
This dress has a fitted bodice and a flowing A-line gown.
No stains or tears. Cleaned up very nicely and looks new!
This dress is very versatile. It was a fall design and would be beautiful in a garden wedding, but is formal enough to do well in a ballroom. I wore it on the beach at a semi formal wedding (suits no tuxes) and it was perfect in that scenario as well. The application of the flowers really dresses up this look, and the satin waist sash and part open back make it dressier as well. But the dress is not heavy or huge in any way, making it very versatile.
I would love to keep it but I know I'm never going to wear it again...A dilemma that every bride must have.
