Simply exceptional classical period New York work table with profusely carved base , acanthus & hairy paw foot , a very dark possibly original surface, some minor molding loss as shown, the interior is excellent, slant lid writing surface, very fine dovetails on the drawers , hardware is period correct however not sure if its original , this could use a good clean up. you wont easily find another one like this .
