The PC IS BRAND NEW - Just took item out of the box - I can show Proof of Purchase date if required - I've had it for less than a month - It was a gift and prefer the one I already have, which I just recently upgraded and I don't want to be bothered transferring all my data and performing another upgrade - I don't need two PC's. I've seen this laptop being sold for over $600 - but I'm willing to sell it at a discount since it is opened - even though it is brand new. A 9ft HDMI cable is included as well so you can hook up the PC to your Hi-Def TV. It's a very nice computer - sleek looking - soft touch features - good quality graphics. If arrangements are made for you to pick up the item, I'll include a wireless mouse. The mouse is not an option if I have to pay to have it shipped somewhere. I would prefer to have the item picked up so that you can see the condition and make sure it works (for your own peace of mind) - but I assure you the item is in perfect working condition. The mouse is an option for an additional $15 - the normal cost for this mouse is $25 and it is also brand new.
