The kawaihas an "ULTRA-RESPONSIVE -ACTION" which is the most stable piano actionthe world. It has a bell-like quality that sings like a finecrystal.I have all of the documents and owner's registrationcard. I have played concerts on this piano and also using a 10foot bozendorfer....I prefer my piano. It is very much like using a renner action, but even better.
