A few months ago purchased this printer/scanner for around $260. Retail was/is $299. I've barely used it and it has sat and collected dust. Plus, we're moving, so I don't really want to lug it to our new place. The ink has dried out, so you'll have to replace the ink tanks, but I have about $50 of unopened Canon photo paper of various sizes you can have with it. The printer cranks out a respectable 9600 x 2400 color dpi. The optical scanning resolution is 4800 dpi.Here's a video review of the printer
