We are offering laying hens that range from 1 1/2 to a little over 2 years old for sale @ $3 each. They are not laying right now and there are 8 of them of three different breeds. They are very healthy hens and are free range birds, we just do not want to feed them through the winter. There are 3 Barred Rock, 3 Buff Orpington, 2 Auracana hens and we'll throw in a Barred Rock rooster for free if you like. They will all most likely resume laying this next spring and the Auracana hens that are referred to as "Easter egg hens" lay pretty teal blue eggs and sometimes even purple ones too. You must bring your own cages to transport these hens but we will help you catch and load them. WE WILL NOT REPLY TO E-MAILS!!!
