I'm selling my 13.3" Macbook Pro mid 2009 model, and the reason for that is that I got a new 1 as a gift. The laptop is in terrific condition with only some minor scratches that you can't really see easily. The battery has been replaced recently from Apple (Warranty) so it holds charge perfectly. If you buy the laptop you get the charger, original box, a nice blue case (see pics), 2011 Microsoft office (paid over $100 for it), Mac OS X Lion (paid $30 for it) Garage Band, iMovie, and iPhoto.
