Great shape and fully refreshed. Some wear from use but no major defects. My process when I refresh a guitar:1. Remove strings2. Do a complete instrument cleaning.3. Replace any parts that may be needed.4. Clean and lube tuners if needed5. Perform the D’Addario 3-Step clean and polish process. Good stuff!5. Polish the metal frets. Clean the fretboard and apply lemon oil to the rosewood or other fretboard wood used.6. Adjust string height if action is too high or low.7. Put on new strings, Ernie Ball or D’Addario.8.
